He came at exactly the time he said he would, and he was very nice and professional. He spent a lot of effort to remove a toe-kick only to see that it would not be possible to put in toe-kick drawers the way that things were constructed under my cabinets. It was unfortunate news, but I was still really impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness and I appreciated his time to see if my project was possible.
